Global Call of BRSN for BRI-related Research Reports Gains Great Popularity
The year 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). In order to summarize the experience of the past 10 years, map out future development direction, and effectively fulfill the duties to offer consulting services to policy-making, the Belt and Road Studies Network (BRSN) has been launching a call since January 2023 for reports from think tanks and researchers around the world.
Since it was first launched, the call has gained great popularity among Chinese and foreign think tanks. A group of scholars contacted our secretariat on thesis topics selection and planning, and several well-known think tanks expressed their willingness to cooperate with us in in-depth research, which shows the great interest and enthusiasm the academics home and abroad have on the studies of the Belt and Road.
As we intend to further improve the output of in-depth results and the quality and efficiency of providing advice and policy consultation, we decide to change the deadline for the submission of papers from March 31 to May 31. As for the thematic research, its deadline for the submission will be depended on the research progress. We warmly welcome the participation of think tanks and scholars of all countries, and hope that our collaboration can promote international researches and exchanges on topics related to the BRI.
